1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2006 No. 216/44 "About approval of the Instruction about features of forming and use of contract prices on glass container for food products" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 1, 8/15551);
the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of March 26, 2009 No. 52/19 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2006 No. 216/44" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 118, 8/20882).
