About entering of amendments and changes into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2006 No. 277
For the purpose of enhancement of the legislation concerning functioning of the security market I decide:
1. Bring in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2006 No. 277 "About some questions of regulation of the security market" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 71, 1/7529; 2008, No. 83, 1/9602; 2009, No. 159, 1/10809; 2010, No. 275, 1/12092; 2011, No. 75, 1/12650; No. 99, 1/12797) following amendments and changes:
1.1. add Item with subitem 1.42 of the following content:
"1.42. the republican state body on management of state-owned property has the right to receive at the legal entities performing depository activity, confidential information on depositors regarding the shares which are in property of the Republic of Belarus, including economic maintaining the republican unitary enterprises, and (or) its administrativnoterritorialny units, including economic maintaining municipal unitary enterprises, and also shares of the joint-stock companies included in the list of the legal entities providing functioning of strategically significant industries of economy and (or) other important state requirements, approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in coordination with the President of the Republic of Belarus, and shares of the joint-stock companies processing agricultural products.
