About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Accepted by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on March 2, 2012

Article 1. Bring in the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 8, the Art. 922) the following change:

to state Item 2 of Article 167 in the following edition:

"2) payments from reserve fund of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, reserve fund of Toraga of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and reserve fund of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;".

Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rates of insurance premiums on the national social insurance" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 5, the Art. 229) the following amendment:

add Article 12 with Item 13 of the following content:

"13. Payments from reserve fund of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, reserve fund of Toraga of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and reserve fund of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
