Bring in the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 6, 2001 "About legal status of the member of Majlisi milli and the deputy of Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2001, No. 7, Art. 517; 2003 t., No. 12, Art. 689; 2004, No. 12, h 1, Art. 698; 2005, No. 7, Art. 397; 2006, No. 3, Art. 145; 2007, No. 7, Art. 654) following changes:
1. In part four of Article 28 of the word of "five minimum wages" shall be replaced with words "ten indicators for calculations".
2. In Article 36:
- in part three to replace the word of "six" with the word of "three";
- the fourth to state part in the following edition:
"The benefit in the amount of their three-months salary, and in case of retirement on age - the six-months salary is paid to deputies of the Majlisi namoyandagon except for elected deputies again after term of office.".
3. In part one of Article 38 of the word of "the decimestrial salary" shall be replaced with words "the three-months salary".
Article 2. Enact this Constitutional law after its official publication.
