In the subitem "b" of Item 2 of the Regulations on accounting, assessment and the order the property turned into property of the state approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 29, 2003 N 311 "About accounting treatment, estimates and orders the property turned into property of the state" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 22, Art. 2171; 2006, N 14, Art. 1541; 2007, N 27, the Art. 3291), to "Federal agency on culture and cinematography" shall be replaced with words words to "Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation".
