About modification and amendments in the Labor code of the Republic of Tajikistan

- in item 4 of the word "Legal acts" and "municipal authorities" respectively shall be replaced with words "Regulatory legal acts of Majlisi milli and Majlisi namoyandagon" and "local authorities of the government".
3. In Article 3 part four "law" shall be replaced with words the word "the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan".
4. In Article 4:
- in Items 8) and 13) "legislation" and "law" shall be replaced with words word parts two "the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan"; - the second to consider part the second offer of part one.
5. In Article 5:
- in Item 4) of part one of the word "local legal acts" shall be replaced with words "local regulations";
- in Item 1) to replace parts two of the word "Labor Code, Laws" with the word "Code".
