1. In Regulations on the procedure for passing of alternative civil service approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 28, 2004 N 256 (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, N 23, Art. 2309; 2007, N 9, Art. 1087):
a) in Item 5 of the word "dismissal of the citizen with" to replace with the word "termination";
b) in the subitem "l" of Item 11 of the word "dismissal of citizens with" to replace with the word "termination";
c) Item 34 after words "alternative civil service," to add with the words "and military commissariat in the place of passing of alternative civil service";
d) add Item 39 with the subitem "z" of the following content:
"h) documents of military accounting.";
e) the paragraph one of Item 40 after the words "military commissariat" to add with words ", military commissariat in the place of passing of alternative civil service";
