I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 2, 2010 No. 962 "About the Concept of forming and use of means of National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2010, No. 27, the Art. 203) the following changes:

"According to new approach on use of means of National fund the next decade, since 2010, innovation is fixation of the guaranteed transfer in the republican budget in absolute value in the amount of 8 billion US dollars.

At the same time, the size of the fixed guaranteed transfer in the republican budget can be adjusted towards reduction or increase up to 15% depending on situation in economy.
