1. Reorganize joint-stock companies "Almaty Prosthetic and Orthopedic Center", "Peter and Paul Prosthetic and Orthopedic Center", "Semipalatinsk Prosthetic and Orthopedic Center" by their merge into "Republican Prosthetic and Orthopedic Center" joint-stock company (further - Society) with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of Society implementation of new developments and technologies, production and realization of technical means of rehabilitation of disabled people, prosthetic and orthopedic products and footwear, and also implementation of other types of activity in the field of prosthetic engineering and rendering the prosthetic and orthopedic help.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) approval of the charter of Society;

2) state registration of Society in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state block of shares of Society to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) acceptance of other measures for implementation of this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
