About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About refugees"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About refugees" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 5, the Art. 203) the following changes and amendment:
1. 2 preambles to state part in the following edition:
"The Kyrgyz Republic provides to all refugees equal legal status without any distinction on the bases of sex, races, language, ethnic origin, religion, age, political or other convictions, education, country of source, property or other status, and also other circumstances.".

"Article 3. Legislation on refugees
In the Kyrgyz Republic questions of refugees are regulated by the Constitution, this Law and other regulatory legal acts which became effective in accordance with the established procedure international treaties which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic, and also the conventional principles and rules of international law.
Regulations of international treaties on human rights have direct action and priority over regulations of other international treaties.".
5. To add part 6 of Article 4 with the words "also it is prolonged before final decision according to its petition, including appeal stage".
6. To state part 2 of Article 11 in the following edition:
