I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1991, No. 29, Art. 377; Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 17, Art. 184; 1999, No. 7, Art. 49; 2003, No. 7, Art. 62; 2007, No. 3, Art. 29; 2009, No. 27, Art. 349):

1) in Article 9:

add part one with the paragraph the ninth such content:

"decision making about application of measures in response to discrimination and/or unfriendly actions of other states, custom unions or economic groups by establishment of total/partial ban (complete/partial embargo) on trade; deprivation of the mode of the greatest assistance or preferential special mode";

the second to add part with the paragraph the eleventh such content:

"makes the decision on application of measures in response to discrimination and/or unfriendly actions of other states, custom unions or economic groups by input of the mode of licensing";
