1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2009 N 1202 and of December 31, 2010 N 1204.
2. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation till July 1, 2012 to the Government of the Russian Federation the approved offers on procedure since January 1, 2013 of budget investments in capital construction projects of state-owned property of the Russian Federation in the form of capital investments in fixed assets of federal state budgetary institutions, federal public autonomous institutions and federal state unitary enterprises.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
