in preamble of the word and figures "Item 12 of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 24.10.2007 No. 1261" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, No. 384 approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011".
