1. Approve the enclosed Method of calculation of statistics of "Investment into fixed capital at the expense of foreign sources" and enact it since calculation of statistics of "Investment into fixed capital at the expense of foreign sources" for January-June, 2011.

2. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.

Method of calculation of statistics of "Investment into fixed capital at the expense of foreign sources"

1. This Technique is intended for calculation with bodies of the state statistics of statistics "Investment into fixed capital at the expense of foreign sources" at the republican and regional levels.

2. The statistics of "Investment into fixed capital at the expense of foreign sources" are calculated quarterly and in year.

3. Starting information base for calculation of statistics of "Investment into fixed capital at the expense of foreign sources" are aggregated statistical data (information) on the following forms of the state statistical reporting:

4-is (investments) "The report on commissioning of objects, fixed assets and use of investments into fixed capital" (further - form 4-is (investments));

1-is (investments) "The annual statement about commissioning of objects, fixed assets and use of investments into fixed capital" (further - form 1-is (investments));

1-megapixel "Report on financial and economic activities of the small organization" (daleeforma 1-megapixel).

4. Calculation of statistics of "Investment into fixed capital at the expense of foreign sources" is perfromed:

quarterly accruing result since the beginning of year (for January-March, January-June, January-September, January-December) - based on aggregated statistical data (information) on form 4-is (investment);

in year - based on aggregated statistical data (information) on forms 1is (investment) and 1-megapixel.

5. The statistics of "Investment into fixed capital at the expense of foreign sources" for January-March, January-June, January-September, January-December are calculated by summing of data on use of foreign investments in fixed capital and investments into fixed capital at the expense of the credits on foreign credit lines based on aggregated statistical data (information) on form 4-is (investment) on the following formula:

6. Calculation of statistics of "Investment into fixed capital at the expense of foreign sources" in year is made on all organizations performing investing activities on attachment of investments into fixed capital (including legal entities - small business entities), in three stages:

6.1. at the first stage the statistics of "Investment into fixed capital at the expense of foreign sources" are calculated based on aggregated statistical data (information) on form 1-is (investment) on formula 1;

6.2. at the second stage the statistics of "Investment into fixed capital at the expense of foreign sources" are calculated based on aggregated statistical data (information) on form 1-megapixel on formula 1;

6.3. at the third stage the statistics of "Investment into fixed capital at the expense of foreign sources" are calculated by summing of the data obtained in the settlement way at the first and second stages.
