About entering of amendment into the Executive code of the Republic of Moldova No. 443-XV of December 24, 2004

Art. I. - The executive code of the Republic of Moldova No. 443-XV of December 24, 2004 (repeated publication: 2010, No. 214-220, of the Art. 704), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Article of 1751 following contents:
"Article 175-1. The organizations providing detention implementation
Detention as measure of procedural coercion is provided till 72 o'clock in temporary detention centers, except for the detention of the military personnel performed in garrison or in military commandant's office of garrison with observance of the rights and fundamental freedoms of the person and the corresponding conditions of keeping.".
Art. II. - To the government in three-months time to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
