For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 24, 2011 "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning differentiation of competence of authorized bodies on the state and budgetary planning and enhancement of budget process", I ORDER:
1. Make changes and additions to some orders of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this order.
2. To department of investment policy (Ayazbayev N. A.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kusainov M. A.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
