About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan
For the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of the insurance (reinsurance) organizations, the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and extends to the relations which arose since January 1, 2012.
Paragraphs the thirteenth, the fiftieth, the fifty first, sixty ninth, seventieth Item 3, paragraphs the twelfth, the forty eighth, the forty ninth, sixty first, sixty second Item 4, paragraphs the thirteenth, the fiftieth, the fifty first, sixty third, sixty fourth Item 5, paragraphs the ninth, thirtieth Item 6 of appendix to this resolution are effective till January 1, 2013.
