About entering of amendments and changes into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 534

For the purpose of enhancement of incentive system of export in the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 534 "About assistance to commodity export development (works, services)" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 143, 1/7870; 2008, No. 121, 1/9719; No. 159, 1/9837; 2009, No. 119, 1/10688; No. 201, 1/10941; No. 277, 1/11114; 2011, No. 4, 1/12265) following amendments and changes:

1.1. in Item 3:

the paragraph one of subitem 3.1 to add with words ", or in Belarusian rubles - with collection of percent in the amount of two third the refunding rate of National Bank established on the date of the conclusion of credit agreements";

to "foreign currency" to add subitem 3.2 after words with the words "or Belarusian rubles";

add Item with subitems 3.4 and 3.5 of the following content:

"3.4. The Belarusian republican unitary enterprise of export-import insurance "Beleksimgarant" has the right to place according to the legislation in deposits (deposits) in banks own means in foreign currency (except for Russian rubles) provided that the deposit interest rate (deposit) will be not below commercially oriented interest rate (CIRRs) operating on the date of the conclusion of bank deposit agreement (deposit) in Russian rubles - not below the one second refunding rate established by the Central bank of the Russian Federation on the date of the conclusion of bank deposit agreement (deposit) and also on condition of provision by bank of the funds for the purposes provided in subitem 3.1 of Item 3 of this Decree raised according to this subitem;
