Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2005 "About guarantees on social protection of orphan children, children without parental support, and also persons from among orphan children and children without parental support" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 2, 2/1170; 2007, No. 171, 2/1350; No. 305, 2/1402; 2008, No. 14, 2/1412; 2010, No. 287, 2/1744) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 1:
the ninth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"child care residential care facilities - children's homes, social and pedagogical organizations, boarding schools for orphan children and children without parental support, the auxiliary boarding schools, special general education boarding schools, special teaching and educational facilities, special medical and educational facilities and other organizations providing conditions for accommodation and content of children;";
the eleventh to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the children's village (town) - social and pedagogical organization which realizes the program of education and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the children who are in socially dangerous provision, the educational program of preschool education and it is intended for accommodation of orphan children and children without parental support, aged from one year up to 18 years in which obligations on their training and education are carried out by his workers (parents tutors);";
in the paragraph the thirteenth shall be replaced with words the words "about transfer of child(children) on education in family" "about conditions of education and content of children".
