About approval of Changes in Regulations on registration of taxpayers for value added
For the purpose of ensuring implementation of requirements of the Law of Ukraine of 04.11.2011 No. 4014-VI "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some other legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplified taxation system, accounting and the reporting", simplifications of the procedure of registration of taxpayers for value added, and also in connection with implementation of the new national qualifier of Ukraine of recreation center 009:2010 "Classification of types of economic activity", the State committee of Ukraine approved by the order concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of 11.10.2010 No. 457 (with changes), I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on registration of taxpayers for value added approved by the order to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 07.11.2011 No. 1394, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 29.11.2011 for No. 1369/20107, which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 23.07.2004 No. 415 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out single inventory count of taxpayers on value added", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 28.07.2004 for No. 941/9540.
