1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments in two weeks to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. To Goskomzemgeodezkadastr of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month in accordance with the established procedure to approve Regulations on procedure for execution of cadastral documents on objects of construction in progress and state registration of pledge of objects of construction in progress.
4. OAKB "Kishlok Kurilish Bank" together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to draft the approximate agreement on mortgage under construction according to the approved standard projects of the individual apartment house in a month.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov and the deputy prime minister B. I. Zakirov.
