1. Recognize invalid the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) of October 29, 2005 No. 133 "About approval of the List of the documents confirming legality of origin of the exported cash foreign currency" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 3951, published on January 25, 2006 in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper No. 11 (991);
2) of June 22, 2009 No. 58 "About modification of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2005 No. 133 "About approval of the List of the documents confirming legality of origin of the exported cash foreign currency" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 5751 published in the Collection of acts of the central executive and other central state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 9, 2009).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance and is subject to official publication.
