About some questions of transfer of the separate state companies from utility property in republican property and creation of "National Training Centre of Orleu of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" joint-stock company
For the purpose of quality assurance of preparation of pedagogical personnel taking into account the best world practices, implementation in student teaching of conceptual approach "training at extent of all life", achievements of maximum efficiency of investments into professional development of pedagogical personnel the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Accept in the procedure established by the legislation to the republican possession the state state companies transferred from utility property of local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty (further - the companies) as and to transfer property complexes according to appendix 1 to this resolution to the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Rename the companies for the list according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
3. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty in the procedure established by the legislation to perform necessary actions for realization of Item 1 of this resolution.
4. Reorganize the Republican state state company "Republican Institute of Advanced Training Leading and Research and Educational Personnel of Education System" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the company specified in appendix 2 to this resolution by merge and transformation to "National Training Centre ", to Rle" joint-stock company (further - Society) with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital.
