1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 27, 2009 No. 115 "About approval of the application form and list of the documents submitted by the organization managing property rights on collective basis, for accreditation passing" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 5761, No. 146 published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper of September 25, 2009 (1743)) the following changes:
in the List of the documents submitted by the organization managing property rights on collective basis, for accreditation passing, approved by the specified order:
3) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"3) copies of constituent documents, certificates on state registration (re-registration) of the organization as the legal entity (notarially attested in case of non-presentation of originals for reconciliation);"
4) to exclude the subitem.
2. To provide to committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order and its official publication.
3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
