1. To state introductory part of the resolution in such edition:
"According to Articles 85 - 88 Codes of civil procedure of Ukraine, Articles 91 - 95 Codes of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:".
2. In appendix to the resolution to exclude such line items:
