1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2011 No. 686 "About approval of Rules of creation of the supervisory board in the state companies on the right of economic maintaining, requirements imposed to persons elected in structure of the supervisory board, and also Rules of competitive selection of members of the supervisory board and early termination of their powers" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 43, the Art. 557) the following changes:
in requirements imposed to persons elected in structure of the supervisory board in the state companies on the right of economic maintaining approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Requirements imposed to persons elected in the supervisory boards in the state companies on the right of economic maintaining in education and health include availability of the higher education, and also one of the following requirements:
1) work experience at least ten years in education or health cares;
2) experience of the leading work (the head of the legal entity or his deputies) at least five years in education or health cares;
3) the public association which is the member in education or health cares.";
2) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) being the head of the legal entity more than one year before decision making about recognition of this legal entity by the bankrupt.".
