According to Item 46.5 of Article 46 of the Section ІІ and Item 152.3 of Article 152 of the Section ІІ the I Tax code of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1.1. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 16.01.2014 No. 7;

1.2. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 16.12.2013 No. 1107;

1.3. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 05.12.2012 No. 1281 

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.), to Department of the taxation of legal entities of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Lyubchenko O. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide:

2.1 submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2.2 promulgation of this order.

3. To the State Tax Service of Ukraine (Klimenko O. V.):

3.1 in three-months time of day of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide development of algorithms of control of acceptance and the automated processing of appendix to tax declarations which is applied;

3.2 finish the software on acceptance and processing of tax statements of taxpayers regarding data processing of appendix of tax declarations which is applied, according to the procedure and the terms determined for creation of information systems.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Myarkovsky A. I. and vice-chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine Doctor S. I.
