About approval of Changes to Regulations on financial standard rates of activities and criteria of quality of management system of credit unions and the joint credit unions
According to Item of 1 part one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for forming and use of insurance reserve State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine DECIDED:
1. Approve Changes to the Regulations on financial standard rates of activities and criteria of quality of management system of credit unions and the joint credit unions approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of 16.01.2004 No. 7, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 03.02.2004 for No. 148/8747 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To provide to department of standards of regulation and supervision of financial institutions together with department of legal providing submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. To department of bonds with state bodies, the public and the protocol of department organizational and analytical, documentary and staffing to provide placement of this order on the official site of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine on the Internet after it to state registration.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. Control over the implementation of this order to assign to the vice-chairman according to distribution of obligations.
