Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 8, 2004 No. 392 "About approval of qualification requirements to the licensed activities for production of National flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also material objects with their image" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 16, the Art. 206).
3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication, but not earlier than January 30, 2012.
