About some powers of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in 3-month time to approve:

a) standard conditions of lease agreements concerning the non-residential premises which are in federal property, buildings, structures, constructions assigned to federal state institution, the federal state unitary enterprise and also being in treasury of the Russian Federation (further - real estate objects), having provided the following obligations of the lessee in the specified standard conditions:

on use of real estate object according to purpose, and also on timely carrying out at own expense running repair of leasable real estate object;

on content of real estate object in good repair (technical, sanitary, fire-proof);

on civil responsibility insurance for damnification of life, to health and damage to property of the third parties on all duration of the agreement, and also on insurance of real estate object upon risk of loss (death), shortage or damage for benefit of the lessor on all duration of the agreement;

b) rules of information exchange between federal executive bodies and the associations of insurers involved on voluntary basis, and also the insurance companies which are not entering associations of insurers when implementing civil responsibility insurance for damnification of life, to health and damage to property of the third parties and insurance of real estate object upon risk of loss (death), shortage or damage.

2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

3. Determine that realization of the powers provided by this Resolution is performed within the number of employees of central office of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided to the specified Ministry on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
