About modification of the Regulations on procedure for provision to banks and branches of foreign banks of general licenses for implementation of currency transactions
According to article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", Articles 7, 44 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 5, of 11, 13 Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", and also for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for provision to banks and branches of foreign banks of general licenses for the implementation of currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 15.08.2011 No. 281, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 06.09.2011 for No. 1054/19792, such changes:
1.1. In paragraph four of Item 1.1 of the Section I of figure "3.3" to replace with figures "3.2".
1.2. In the Section ІІІ:
to state the subitem "an" of Item 3.1 in such edition:
"a) the size of the regulatory capital of bank is at least, than the minimum size of the regulatory capital established by regulatory legal acts of National Bank";
