1. Make changes to the Provision "About the Periodic Regulating Bank Statement" approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" No. 26/5 of August 25, 2005 it (is applied).
2. After official publication to send to Legal management this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for entering into the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2012.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Zheenbayeva B. Zh.
