About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 26, 2005 No. 984

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 26, 2005 No. 984 "About procedure for deliveries of products within the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on production and scientific and technical cooperation of the companies and organizations of defense industries" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 39, Art. 2485; 2007, No. 78, Art. 2896) such changes:
in Item 2 of the resolution of the word "The ministry of industrial policy" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade";
in the Section "Subjects to Which Powers for Export Are Conferred" of the list of subjects of foreign economic activity to which powers on military commodity export of own production and military commodity import for their use in own production approved by the specified resolution "14312134 JSC Scientific and Technical Complex Elektronpribor, Kiev" are conferred line item to replace with such line item:
"14312134 STALEMATE "Scientific and technical Elektronpribor complex, Kiev".
