About modification of orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 1996 No. 278 and of August 3, 1996 No. 930

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation the strong and toxic agents which are not precursors of drugs and psychotropic substances approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 1996 N 278 (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, N 13, Art. 1350; 2003, N 15, Art. 1372; 2004, N 8, Art. 663; N 47, of Art. 4666; 2007, N 35, Art. 4310; 2009, N 9, Art. 1101; 2010, N 31, Art. 4273; 2011, N 9, Art. 1246), following changes:
a) in the paragraph the second Item 2 of the word "the certificate (certificate) on the import right to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation the strong and toxic agents which are not precursors of drugs and psychotropic substances issued by Standing committee on control of drugs (further imenuyetsyakomitt), and" to exclude;
b) in Item 3: the paragraph one to state in the following edition: "For receipt of permission the applicant represents the following documents to Federal Service on Surveillance in Healthcare and Social Development:"; exclude the subitem "v"; in the subitem "zh" the word "Committee" to exclude; exclude subitems "z" and "i";
c) to exclude the subitem "an" of item 4.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 3, 1996 N 930 "About approval of the nomenclature of the strong and toxic agents which are not precursors of drugs and psychotropic substances to which the procedure for import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 1996 N 278" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, N 34, of Art. 4122 extends; 2007, N 35, Art. 4310; 2009, N 25, Art. 3067) following changes:
a) in Item 1 the word "which" to replace with the word "which";
b) in Item 2 of the word "and to Standing committee on control of drugs" to exclude;
