1. In "Rules of implementation of the state control of quality and turnover of tobacco and the tobacco products" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 22, 2002 No. 185 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 11, Article 687; 2005, No. 6, Article 558; 2006, No. 4, Article 370; 2009, No. 1, Article 32) in the Section II of part 2 words "in the spheres specified in Items 1.1 and 1.2... The Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic, in the spheres specified in Items 1.3 and 1.
