In Regulations on the control over the implementation of obligations on guarantees of use of the imported and exported goods (services) of double application in stated purposes approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers - the Governments of the Russian Federation of October 11, 1993 N 1030 (Collection of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1993, N 44, Art. 4199; Russian Federation Code, 1999, N 31, Art. 4023; 2001, N 37, Art. 3684; 2005, N 7, Art. 562; 2010, N 23, Art. 2844):
