For the purpose of inventory count and re-registration of regulatory legal acts of the state antimonopoly authority in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, State commission decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on disaggregation (separation) of business entities.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of State commission under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the antimonopoly policy No. 54 of 05.12.01. "About approval of the Regulations on disaggregation (separation) of business entities".
3. To send to department of normative legal support and regulation of the market of financial services the specified regulatory legal act of State commission to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for implementation of state registration according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic".
4. To the head of department of organizational support and financial accounting (Gentsle) to bring this resolution and Regulations on disaggregation (separation) of business entities to chiefs of departments of the office of State commission and chiefs of territorial administrations for management in work.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman Beyshenaliyeva S. M.
