About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 980
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Regulations on the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 980 "Questions of the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 129, 5/22713; 2008, No. 121, 5/27661; 2010, No. 210, 5/32368), following change and amendment:
in subitem 4.18 of item 4 of the word "performed by the state organizations" shall be replaced with words "performed by the organizations entering its system";
add Item 6 with part two of the following content:
"Are a part of the system of the Ministry of Industry:
the state organizations for the list approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;
economic societies according to appendix to this Provision.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
