About approval of Regulations of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine
Having heard the report of the judge of the Supreme Court of Ukraine Senin Yu. L. and having discussed the draft of Regulations of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, being guided by Chapter 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges", the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine of June 10, 2002 No. 7 "About approval of Regulations of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine".
3. Form the working group on operating time according to part seven of article 45 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" the draft of new Regulations of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine as a part of judges of the Supreme Court of Ukraine Klimenko M. R., Krivenko V. V., Potilchak O. I., Romaniuk Ya. M. and Xining Yu.L.
