About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Make such changes to the laws of Ukraine:
1) in the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 36, Art. 299 with subsequent changes):
in Article 10:
the fourth to exclude part;
the eighth to add part with the paragraph the fourth such content:
"there are no physical persons in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and - entrepreneurs of information about the applicant or there are data on stay of the legal entity in termination condition by liquidation (stay of the physical person - the entrepreneur in condition of the termination of business activity) or about state registration of its termination (state registration of the termination of business activity of the physical person - the entrepreneur)";
the fourth to state the paragraph to part one of Article 21 in such edition:
"availability in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs of data on stay of the legal entity in termination condition by liquidation (stay of the physical person - the entrepreneur in condition of the termination of business activity) or about state registration of its termination (state registration of the termination of business activity of the physical person - the entrepreneur)";
2) in the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 31-32, of Art. 263 with subsequent changes):
in Article 6 part one:
third to exclude the paragraph;
the paragraph of the seventh after the words "issues statements" to add with words "excerpts and";
the second articles 7 after the paragraph of the twelfth to add part with the new paragraph of such content:
