About introduction of amendments to article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of agricultural industry of Ukraine"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of agricultural industry of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 49, Art. 527; 2009, No. 43, Art. 638; 2010, No. 37, Art. 493) such changes:

1. To state the name and Item 13.1 in such edition:

"Article 13. Financial support of subjects of managing of agro-industrial complex

13.1. Financial support of subjects of managing of agro-industrial complex via the mechanism of reduction in cost of the credits and compensation of leasing payments

13.1.1. Reduction in cost of the credits is performed in the mode of credit subsidy and consists in subsidizing of part of payment (percent) for use of the loans granted by banks in national and foreign currency.

13.1.2. Compensation of leasing payments consists in partial compensation of the leasing payments for the acquired equipment and/or the equipment for agro-industrial complex paid with subjects of managing of agro-industrial complex on the terms of financial leasing".

2. In Item 13.2:
