About approval of Changes to Regulations on the Unified state register of enforcement proceedings
According to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding", the Regulations on the Public executive service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 385, the Order of interaction of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with the central executive bodies which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 06.06.2011 No. 1495/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice 06.06.2011 for No. 682/19420, I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes to the Regulations on the Unified state register of enforcement proceedings approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 20.05.2003 No. 43/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice 21.05.2003 for No. 388/7709 (with changes) which are applied.
2. (Dobzhansky V. B.) to provide to the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine access to the Unified state register of enforcement proceedings to Department of interaction with authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for control of accomplishment of the tasks assigned to the Public executive service of Ukraine and plans of its work.
3. (Zerkal O. V.) to provide to department of interaction with authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 No. 493 "About state registration of normative legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).
