About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning structure and accounting treatment for personnel of the Security Service of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About the Security Service of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 27, Art. 382; 2006, No. 14, Art. 116, No. 30, Art. 258; 2011, No. 10, Art. 63):

Part one of Article 10 and part one of article 15 after words of "military counterintelligence" to add 1) with words of "counterprospecting protection of interests of the state in the field of information security";

Part one of Article 19 to add 2) with the offer of such content: "The accounting treatment for personnel of the Security Service of Ukraine affirms the Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine".

2. Part the second article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About general structure and number of the Security Service of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 4, the Art. 53, No. 30, Art. 258; 2009, 24, the Art. 296) after the paragraph of the fourth to add No. with the new paragraph of such content:

"counterprospecting protection of interests of the state in the field of information security".
