According to Item of 1 part one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", the subitem 2 of Item 10 of the Regulations on State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 03.02.2010 No. 157, and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for certification of persons on the right of implementation of temporary administration of financial institutions State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine DECIDED:
1. Approve Changes to the Regulations on procedure for certification of persons on the right of implementation of temporary administration of financial institutions approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of 27.05.2005 No. 4081, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 14.06.2005 for No. 654/10934, which are applied.
2. To department of registration, licensing and allowing procedures together with department of legal providing to perform submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
