About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state legal statistics and special accounting"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 22, 2003 "About the state legal statistics and special accounting" (Sheets of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 24, Art. 176; 2005, No. 5, Art. 5; 2009, No. 19, Art. 88; 2010, No. 5, Art. 23; 2011, No. 1, Art. 3; No. 11, Art. 102) following changes and amendment:

The subitem 5) of Item 1 of Article 7 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5) to refuse registration of acts of purpose of the checks performed by control facilities and supervision in cases of identification of violations of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan in case of their appointment;";

2) in Item 3 of Article 12:

7) and 10) to state subitems in the following edition:

"7) persons recognized by court incapacitated it is also limited by capable;";

"10) the checks performed by control facilities and supervision and registered in the authorized body according to the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";

add with the subitem 13) of the following content:

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
