1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2010 No. 61 "About limits on environmental management and recognition voided resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of February 28, 2005 No. 11 and of May 12, 2009 No. 25" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 16, 8/23274) the following amendments and change:
1.1. in the Instruction about procedure for development of limits of the mining approved by this resolution:
in Item 3 after the word "water use" to add with the words "or complex nature protection permissions";
third to state the paragraph to part one of Item 7 in the following edition:
"production of underground waters no later than January 1 of year on which limits are set and if permission to special water use or complex nature protection permission is issued after January 1 of year on which limits are set, - no later than 5 working days after receipt of such permissions;";
