In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 30, 2011 "About the forecast of the main macroeconomic indicators and parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2012" the Cabinet of Ministers decides N PP-1675:
1. Establish rates of tax on physical persons on consumption since January 1, 2012:
gasoline, diesel fuel for vehicles - 200 sum for 1 liter;
the liquefied gas for vehicles - 165 sum for liter;
the compressed gas for vehicles - 200 sum for cubic meter.
2. To the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-day time to bring the established rates to taxpayers.
3. Declare since January 1, 2012 invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 29, 2010 N 324 "About establishment of rates of tax on physical persons on consumption of the gasoline, diesel fuel liquefied and the compressed gas for vehicles".
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
