About recognition voided some regulations of National Bank of Moldova

 The administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid:

1) the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 130 of May 15, 1998 about approval of Regulations about overdue loans (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, No. 87-89, of the Art. 174);

2) Item I of the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 194 of October 9, 2008 about modification and amendments in some regulations of National Bank of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 204-205, 620).

2. This resolution becomes effective on January 1, 2012.
