1. Approve the enclosed standard agreement of hiring of premises of commercial use of the state housing stock.
2. Establish base rate of payment for use of premises of commercial use of the state housing stock in the amount of 0,2 of basic size on 1 sq.m of total area of premises a month.
3. Bring in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 1999 No. 1332 "About streamlining of calculations of the population for use of premises and utilities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 68, 5/1526; 2001, No. 17, 5/5199; 2002, No. 32, 5/10103; 2004, No. 104, 5/14445) following amendments:
part one after the words "payment for use of premises" to add with words ", except for payments for use of premises of commercial use,";
part the second after words "premises" to add with words ", except for payments for use of premises of commercial use,".
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
