1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 09.09.2022 No. 316
1.2. in Item 246 of the Regulations on insurance activity in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530 "About insurance activity" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 143, 1/7866):
speak rapidly the third, fifth and sixth to exclude;
the fourth to consider part part three.
2. In two-month time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2012, except for Item 2 and this Item which are becoming effective from the date of official publication of this Decree.
